It's easy to file a claim and check status online

Service Protection Advantage gives you online access to initiate a claim for your defective product. You can check the status of your claim by clicking the “Check Incident” link to the left or login for a more detailed status.

To get started, Login to access your plan(s), then click the “File a Claim” tab. If you don't have an account, get started by clicking the Sign Up button to the right.

You can also submit a claim by phone by calling us toll-free, at 1-800-626-2224.
